returns and exchange policy

Hopefully you’ll be thrilled with your Hey Jo products. However, if you feel you’d like to exchange, or be refunded for them, of course Hey Jo will be more than happy to do so, but kindly pay attention to our Returns Policy:

You may exchange or return all items sold to you by Hey Jo within 14 days of receipt. The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is a result of a Hey Jo error. Hey Jo advises you to send your return via signed for or tracked services.

Sale purchases may be exchanged or alternatively we can issue a credit note.

Clearance Sale purchases are final and therefore non-returnable.

Kindly fill the Hey Jo return slip, noting the reason for the return or exchange and what further action you wish to take.

Please ensure that goods are returned in a fully saleable condition, unmarked and unwashed, with labels attached.

Due to the nature of the fabric we suggest that when you try them on, you do so over underwear and when your legs are free of oils or moisturisers. Hey Jo simply can’t refund or exchange a garment that we consider to be soiled.

Please also note that Hey Jo cannot accept returns of the following:
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt.
* Any item that is damaged, has missing parts, or is not in its original condition or packaging.

After Hey Jo has received your refund request, it will process the refund and notify you via e-mail. The refund will be by the same method of payment that you originally used.

Returns can only be made directly via the Hey Jo website.
