Simple Chia Pudding

We recently hosted a Hey Jo breakfast with a group of fabulous woman.

 

In between chatting about all things legs and leggings, we devoured the most delicious goodies, including super scrumptious chia puddings.

 

Making chia puddings at home are surprisingly quick and easy and are a great way to start the day. Despite their tiny size, chia seeds, are among the most nutritious foods on the planet. They are loaded with fibre, protein, Omega-3 fatty acids and various micronutrients.

 

This is our go to recipe for full proof chia puddings.

 

Mix 50 grams of chia seeds, with a glass of coconut milk and 2 teaspoons of agave nectar. Pop in the fridge and refrigerate overnight. Remove in the morning and top your pud with your favourite fruit, nuts and nut butter. We love topping with a little mango and passionfruit and dried coconut.
