Dry Jan Mocktails

Whoever said Dry Jan was boring, clearly hasn’t tried one of our Hey Jo mocktails. They may be sans alcohol, but they are packed full of yumminess and goodness and will result in toned tums and lean legs.

Bottoms up!

 

Green Juice Fizz

  • 1 melon
  • 1 celery stalks
  • 1 apple
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1/4-inch piece of ginger
  • 1 750ml bottle of sparkling water
  • Dash of salt

Blend all the fruit and vegetables until it is a smooth consistency. Mix in the sparkling water and add a little salt to taste.

 

Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 2 Tbsp raw cashews
  • 1 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1/2 of fresh lemon juice

Just blend and voila, ready to serve!

 

Kombucha Margarita Slushie

  • 1 cup kombucha, we love this one.
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • Lime slices to garnish

Kombucha is a probiotic rich drink that you need to start drinking. It is tasty, low in calories, and incredibly beneficial for your health. It also adds the perfect kick to mocktails. To make this Margarita simply blend all the ingredients until a slushie is formed.
